True Maturity

Immature? Guess again....Bread winner, scholar,leader, musician, songwritter..and the list goes on...in essense responsibilities and relationships. Ones maturity is not an issue of age but of ones substance responsibility, discipline and purpose.... Immature behaviour doesnt mean immature character for we only percieve in moments...my moments of fun and laughter brings colour to the straight and rigid lines of normal...let me be with my colours of life...id rather live balanced and lively than live dead in black and white...im not a follower of zombiism

But then again if my small moments of immaturity becomes large moments of discourse then i have lost discipline and as such have become as i have feared...immature...but then i find a deeper truth that maturity is multi dimensional. One may be mature in one area but immature in another... Childlike laughter about childlike things can be viewed as imature even in the midst of responsibility and wisdom.
Eureka so it seems i am mature in faith mature in thought. Mature in romance but not mature in my socialization with adults over 40. Huh? I am comparing and measuring myself to the standard made by A person over 40 yrs old. At what age are we expected to be fully mature? And what does that maturity look like? I hear the word saying be sober, avoid idle jesting which are not convenient...I yield. I yield. Art and colour can be sober and convenient. Art and colour can be moderate and used to edify. Art and colour can be mature...
