Telling the truth, other manufacturers have been copying from audi for some years now. They have pioneering tech. If you looked at audi prices of 15 years ago and compared it with bmw and merc prices of the same time and then bench mark it with prices of today ull clearly see whos taking control of the market.

I have been disappointed how conservative audi have been. many didnt like the bangle era at BMW but personally i loved the 5 series, i regularly drive a chipped 535D and its one of the best saloons ever made diesel or not
