Nss make use of pc suite apps drivers to acess the update software function blockin pc suite update and runnin ur selected flash. The drivers is the key to acess the device places nokia dnt want u to hav acess to. So the pc suite driver do that. Sum clever dude hav to create a all acess driver where u can use a loader like with Bberrys.

@archibot maybe your pc suite to new ? In which case try use Pc uninstall and fully remove nokia connectiv cable drivers then install theese drivers http://europe.nokia.com/A4144937 and try again ..or try a old version pc suite after Fully remove the current 1 and drivers
