They also say they cant send you the settings for wap and multimedia to your phone like other networks do. And you have to phone them on another phone and type them in manually. Another excuse to get an extra call out of you

Ring customer services they turn it off their end. And they can send the settings if your phone is supported by them!

Customer services on longer send them by tex. They say if they send the wrong ones it'll screw your software up. So they have stopped doing it over the phone. It now depends upon which operator you set some will some wont

I just got off phone to orange and they did both for me. Turned answer off and sent settings in a text.
