yes of course it can be fixed but you'll struggle to find anyone who has the parts needed. there's probably disassembly videos on YouTube if you fancy doing it yourself.

God I had one of these phones about 10 years ago. It wouldn't cost much for a replacement hand set on eBay if you can find one.
