Operas better since UC ceased its Cloud download feature its fkn Crap! . one now has to use UnderGet if one was wanting to download ''Stuff''

Ive used Opera to access Facebook it works great plus the browser also allows you to read messages without the need for the Facebook messenger....which probably no longer functions on symbian anyway.

mini opera also allows you to use Youtube on some symbian phones like the N8. although the video quality isnt great. its a real shame and a waste of the N8's screen when its capable of much better.

well I know the resolution of the N8 screen was nothing special even in its day polo 010 and it wasnt particularly bright either lol but at least the amoled panel produced good colours. Ive still got x2 N8s at home both of which are in new condition, as well as various other symbian phones.

battery life was great on the N8 too, but with a cpu that slow it should have been. although I know symbian didnt require huge horsepower

Regarding processor speed and ram The 808 pureview was the most powerful . stock (1.3ghz processor) 512mb ram  , ,,,,,,,, . closely followed by the 701 (1.3ghz processor @fp1 and 2) ,, 512mb ram ,,,,,,,. and 700 (1.3ghz processor @fp1 and 2) .

was just referring to symbian, never had a maymoo thing myself but had most of the symbians , ans the tiny 700 impressed me most for specs and features packed into a tiny package id be telling lies of i said no i haven't owned atleast a hundred of them bought to sell , sold thrm all just have 2 left now coz i cannot bear to part with them all. . |

i dont have a n8 except one minus the logicboard  doubt theyd go for more than 35 quids unless new sealed boxed.. . . . In nokia phones I only have 2 working nokia 700's , plus loadsa broken/faulty etc fk knows nokias. . I honestly wouldn't buy any nokias unless i was a collector or wanted a specific .model EG:808 pv or lumia 1020 camera phone ... because now people wont pay anything worthwhile for them if buying to resell. |
