you're still not understanding the difference between absolute figures and percentages. out of a hundred whites 6 are unemployed. out of a 100 blacks 40 are unemployed. it doesn't matter that blacks out number whites about 7 to 1. the figures are percentages averaged per hundred within each population. the total size of each population expressed in absolute terms has no effect on the calculation.

becaused there is no logic in the percentage base kim, when one group is growing faster than the others then statics will put them on the higher percentage. a family of 8 will not be able to support education demands as well as a family of 2, so the family will sacrifice the children who do not fair well to support the smarter kids in education to see the rewards in their investment.
