I've been in the sleep paralysis dream state loads of times. Not by choice. It's just me laying in bed thinking I'm awake but can't move, sometimes seeing figures or shadows of objects.. only to then actually wake up and realise I was still dreaming. It's like a dream within a dream. Very weird. What I meant is that lucid dreaming isn't defined by any of that.. if anything, experiencing sleep paralysis is just one way you can lucid dream, and making the conscious decision to is really just another level of the same thing. |

Not sure about that birdy all I know is what ice researched about it and heard from him, he created his own dreams entirely and whoever he wants in it. And maybe tv has a lot to do with it fuego, not sure since I don't watch it. But I did get vivid dreams when I meditated that day

@ convictor - 31.03.15 - 10:54pm What on earth for? Well maybe it's because when my boyfriend bought it he used it at a rumored to be haunted hotel and he had some frightening expreriences with it but it scared the cr*p out of me. in time I managed to get over my fear and start psychotic ly speaking to it, besides struggling to wake up while it was there. tried putting it under the sun like someone told me, apparently to clean it, but it didn't work, aside from me getting injured each time I tried to. Finally my bf convinced me to burn it and I did. Another source said burning it will release it and throwing it away won't be enough. |

I have lots of flying dreams,the sensation of flying in these dreams is great. Also I have had quite a few giant stride dreams.

It is great I elevate then fly, it feels so real I tell my self now that I know how to do it, I should be able to do it when I wake up

I do these suspended jumps a lot, like jump up in the air and stay there until I want to come down again. Feels like that feeling you get in an elevator sometimes. lol I have been flying in dreams for as long as I can remember. I think I fly more than I walk. |

Me too, I don't remember a dream in which I don't have wings actually. It's funny because when I blacked out from drinking too much I was apparently ranting about my wings. I remember none of it I just woke up in bed and wondered how my night went

sometimes i fly too low down to the ground and in danger of being caught. Or sometimes it's difficult to take off and fly up away from danger, but manage to at the last second.

I'm too quick to forget my dreams when i wake up, but i don't see them as relevant. Or that it's relevant to recite them. ![]() |

Why do we do that? sometimes wake up and forget our dreams?
|
||

@pallas7 | 6 April 15 |
It's all stuck in the subconsciousness just as we forget things in our wake, and just as I was in a subconscious state and don't recall any of it even though my physical body was clearly up

conventially, to be dreaming of flying is to do with sex and sexuality, but it would probably be more accurate to look at it in terms of lack of inhibition and freedom. we are releasing ourselves from limitations that we may impose impose on ourselves.

to be flying upwards is to be moving towards a more spiritual appreciation of our lives, whilst flying downwards is to be making an attempt to understand the sub-conscious and all that it entails.
