I actually agree with you on that first part and I may have changed my mind about the death penalty. I don't think it's about the murdered and notthe murderer though,if you understand what I mean,since the murderer is the one left here. |

When it comes to wether God should be included in the judicial system,why would the Judge of judges be excluded under any other condition save base desires and lusts? Depends what you believe though,so no point arguing that point..

Basic instinct. Punishment shouldn't always be extreme. I can understand the primitive desire to end a life, but deprivation of freedom, of a simple walk by a stream is the way I would vote.
