Then, consider chromosomes test, XX vs XY ?

There is no need to over-complicate it... We all know that 99.999 percent (or more) of all born are clearly and perfectly identified as males or females. Males grow up as boys, then follow men rules. Females grow up as girls then follow women rules - - - ![]() In very rare situations, the newborn might fall under any of the following (1) sex misidentification, where a clinical mistake happens. this refers to a pure male identified as a female, or vice versa. In this case, clinical checks or chromose checks are to be done, then the person sex is verified. (2) a person who is not purely male nor female, but leans toward one of the sides. For example, 90 percent a male, and 10 percent a female. in this case, the person needs sexual correction, which is medically run. it could need minor/major surgery and medications. (3) a person who is 50:50 male vs female (intersex). regardless the name, this is a special case and there are methods to classify him/her correctly (including the urnine passage they use) |

@ ogdenz - 7.05.25 - 07:11am What if a male identifies as a woman? Can she wear silk then? From what you said here, you said the person is male so I understood he is purely a male. Hence, all men-related rules apply. Then you said, he identifies as a woman. I understood he may dress like a woman, put make up, etc... In this case, it does NOT change the fact that he is a male. All this is pretending and claims only, not changing the truth about his sex. |

Note: men may wear pure silk in few cases. People who are sick may also be permitted to wear silk to relieve their suffering, as Anas reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) allowed Abd al-Rahman ibn Awf and Ibn al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with them both) to wear silk because of a skin irritation that they suffered from. (Reported by al-Bukhari, 10/295, and Muslim, 3/1646) The scholars also allowed men to wear garments containing four fingers width of silk, because of the hadith of Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) who said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the wearing of silk except for an area the width of two fingers, or three or four. (Reported by Muslim, 3/1644) |

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, The five (daily) Salat (ie prayers) and the Friday (ie prayer) to the Friday (ie prayer) expiate whatever (minor sins) may be committed in between, so long as major sins are avoided.'' [Muslim]. ![]() Commentary: This Hadith elucidates that the minor sins committed during the interval of the five prescribed Salat and in the period intervening between one Jumuah and the other are pardoned with the performance of the five-time prescribed Salat and the Jumuah prayer, provided one does not commit major sins which are not forgiven without repentance. Sins like Shirk (associating someone with Allah in worship), disobedience of parents, false oath, false evidence, encroachment on an orphan's property, calumny against chaste women, etc., fall in the category of major sins and will not be forgiven by means of Salat only. |

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, The food of two persons suffices for three persons, and the food of three persons suffices for four persons.'' [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]. Jabir bin Abdullah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, The food of one person suffices for two, the food of two persons suffices for four persons, and the food of four persons suffices for eight persons.'' [Muslim]. ![]() Commentary: This Hadith indicates that if a few persons share the same dinner-table, a small quantity of food will be enough for many persons. Moreover, this increases mutual love and fellow-feeling. |

@ ogdenz - 14.05.25 - 11:18pm Yep,let's hope it's an honest one. There is no reason being not honest. What I write here is the same what I believe, and what I tell others or my children. No hidden secrets in Islam. It is one religion that is clear and direct. - Yet, I agree regarding many issues, mainly modern issues, there could be different opinions. That's all expected and does not harm the core belief, as long as it is not the clear/core princples of religion. ![]() |

@ ogdenz - 14.05.25 - 05:38pm Yet you believe your God created all people.. so did he create men who feel like they are women mentally and vice versa? Yes, dear. Almight Allah created them and all creatures. (That is All257;h, your Lord; there is no deity except Him, the Creator of all things, so worship Him. And He is Disposer of all things. Vision perceives Him not, but He perceives [all] vision; and He is the Subtle, the Aware.) Quran 6:102-103 (He to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and who has not taken a son and has not had a partner in dominion and has created each thing and determined it with [precise] determination.) (There shall be no compulsion in [acceptance of] the religion. The right course has become distinct from the wrong. ) Quran 2.265 I am really curious how do you know we are controlled if we never said that? Are you inside our hearts? We can talk for ourselves, we have minds and senses. We clearly can talk to you about our feels. |

@ crail - 15.05.25 - 03:01am The teachings control you! They dictate your life. From what I've seen on here We use our minds, dear... we have the free will to investigate and look around. - Belief comes as you feel totally satisfied this is the truth.. Not only the truth, but the perfect truth, that also integrate with perfect justice in the universe. |
