i think the 9700 is better but its down to personal taste. ask if you can try both in your local phone shop.

yes jingles with blackberry service u have free browsing but theres always a fair usage policy so dont hammer it out unless u are using a wifi connection... thats if your blackberry supports wifi even

Ok i got suck into it lol blackberrys are cool devices with lots of multimedia features and connectivity so i'm going to buy one since i just got this job and want some good rich connectivity to help me go through the day at work lol. It's the pearl 8120 i'm going for, my friend as one and i've used it and its okay but a big plus for me is wifi

It was either the blackberry pearl 8120 or N70 and the pearl won, only if that N70 had wifi i would of taken it along with its more better multimedia capability functions. Will be buying the pearl sometime next month.

Btw i'm really looking forward for your help guys/gals in getting me connected with some great apps also a plus for me with the N70 was a properly working gba/gbc emulator but i've been looking about for blackberry devices and its a hassle getting it to work any how, i hope you can provide some great games thanks and wish me luck guys/gals

erm... when u compare blackberrys to others like symbian or android... games n apps aint its strong point but for emailing, instant messaging n typing... i believe Blackberrys do well what they intend to do. n70 is a good symbian version 2 phone which i own... i just wish u had a choice of one of the newer blackberrys really

Well i do have newer choices but since i just started working i ain't going to pressure it. I just need something quick to use and tell you the truth i don't if i was to buy one of the newer ones that's much pricier i would by something else maybe, but when i get the pearl, i might see how things go, maybe i'll get another blackberry
