normally if u go to the phonebook, options then sim phone book... it loads all your sim contacts up. don't go to a network operator number if there is any there, go straight to a actual contact, highlight it, click options n there should be a option to copy all to phone

if this doesn't work then u may need to do some sort of software update to the phone or a security wipe to start the phone fresh

your sim card needs resetting or is corrupt. put it in an old phone, go to network selection and select any network other than your own, then select your own and go to browser/internet. once the page is loaded try putting back in your blackberry and run setup wizard. please post your os version too.
