i think people in strong signal areas should ditch orange and go with t mobile. Companies only act when profits sink. E mail orange and tell them why you're leaving!

CS gave me the international roaming explanation too. Its a pity that most mobile internet usurs are not as savvy as us, bcos if enuff jumped ship to tmob, then that motivate Orange to get the problems fixed as a priority.

Orange need to sort themselves out. I emailed the CEO about what they are doing and told them i'm moving to t-mobile, it took 5 days for someone to get back to me (not the CEO) telling me to email them back with my phone number etc. and they will look into my case. Yeah right! Like i'm going to send my details in an email and considering i had told them in my last email that i was going to....

Change over to t-mobile, just shows how dumb they really are. I also explained in the email that i am going send a letter to watchdog and call ofcom. I still suggest everyone does the same and if anyone needs the details of either company they can inbox me and i will gladly give you them. Orange are stealing, lying and have not stuck to their very own terms and conditions!

I had all my credit stolen yesterday mornin too. I spoke to no less than 5 different cs advisors, all of whom gave me a different explanation as to why it had happened its a joke. One guy even told me to go top up so that i could ring another number he'd give me and insisted he couldn't transfer me between depts though that soon changed when i started ranting. One woman even cut me off!! Grrr!

Another lil gem i was told by one of them was that they couldn't give my credit back as they can't add to zero!! He suggested i put a fiver on so that their system would 'allow' them to give me back my stolen credit. Funnily enough the next woman i spoke to didn't have any problems with that as she gave me a quid as a goodwill gesture lol

All that cr*p they say about 'we cant refund ur credit till the systems have been updated after 24/72 hours...',is rubbish! I got me credit back 10 minutes after they nicked it.CC's told me that their technical department should refund it straight away,no matter what! Ive emailed OFFCOM,Watchdog and the CEO of orange,i suggest that u all do the same,then this problem might get sorted quicker.

2 b the slightest bit fair even tho orange really suck at present, it does depend on who ya speak 2. 1 man gave me sum jargon dat i was roamin about or summat so they took 12 quid... Rang bk 30mins l8r a woman said ye it shouldnt av bn taken n gave it bk.

Orange came out with a blinder to me today an i was literaly speechless pmpl.... Iv had 4 d600s in 4 months on contract all developed faults so sent them back got this 1 (my 4th handset) and the facia around the screen has come off... So phoned them explained and they asked is thisealy a problem for you as i cant put it through as a fault because your handset isnt insured its only under warranty

Put a tenner in phone late Thurs night and bought pound a day, orange took the whole tenner, can't phone CS cos I have a hearin problem, so they get to keep the tenner for nothing cos they don't have a disability customer support
