That is correct, must follow the instructions on site how to unlock, maybe u should first go to sim and check if it is locked , if it is then u can get free unlock code on site, u will receive mail with unlock code + link for instructions to most BB's

You can also pay someone to do it if u feel your security is at risk, choice is yours... hope you get it unlocked

i checked it isnt locked i just cant access the bis but it works normally i probaly need to change the os cause vodaphone blocked other networks to run the bis's on it i got me mep but my phone aint locked....sigh
