you can't do that. Your BBM Pin is like the phone's IMEI. you'll have to get another BB to have a different pin

You can disable the pin......remove the battery, and never put it back........ ![]() |

scima .... use tippex to blot out your pin and write a new one over it, then knock your head against a brick wall 5 times, must be 5 times. close your eyes and make a wish. then it will work

Every pin is unique.....like a fingerprint, it must match the phone imei nr, so, if u can use the imei of a broken phone, it should be possible to use that phones pin......but that involves desoldering the bios from another phone(while keeping the chip powered up)....that's near impossible, that's why there is a cmos battery on every mainboard, should last 15 years....not even Rim can rewrite the cmos, its write-once only, a second pass destroys it.......plus its write-protected....

Yes, you can remove all locks on a bb, carriers etc, but I don't know of a single bb that had the imei changed....I know it can be done on a lot of other phones, especially the older models, but not a bb......hopfully someone can prove me wrong, that person can make a lot of money putting blacklisted bbs back in circulation......to get hold of blacklisted phones is easy....just visit a few indian cell shops....they keep them for spares, like lcd, cameras,casings and keypads etc......

google for an app called radio lab tool, its used to change imei on phone think it does the pin as well not sure otherwise there's an app called furious gold for which u need specific cables n stuff bought from them, that's guaranteed to do the pin as well

@rafikki | 24 August 12 |

http://www.berryreview.com/2009/02/18/crazy-furious-gold-lets-you-change-clone-a-blackberrys-imei-pin-or-esn-along-with-unlocking-it/..........read the bottom part of this forum, but I'm still not convinced it can be done, and even then Rim will reject duplicate imei nrs.....

The hard coded value can be viewed by users by certain tools, but cannot be changed. There are many other tools that RIM has that allow this to be written once during the construction process.

This is purely a marketing effort for selling their so-called cloning software......no hard evidence exist that would move me to buy this software.......

A few years back they sold a so-called recharge package.....any sim, any network.....the recharge pin must exist in the carrier inventory, or no-go.....
|
||

@ungers | 24 August 12 |
And if its a random imei or pin, it won't register on the network......so, untill I see it for myself, I'm a non-believer.........

@socialco | 24 August 12 |
yeah,I don't think it can be done either
