there is an extra 200mb that will be given to users that use more than 200mb but thats just for the next 3 months.

and once you use up the 200mb you're given you have to buy data bundles. well done emptyhen you've just secured a definite loss of revenue and customers.

Not worth it, rather buy 2gigs data plus 1gig night-surfer included from 8ta for R148.......pity if bis disappears, cos it was handy to download anything, anytime.....but on the other hand, with paid data, you can reach speeds of 400kb/s, depending on your type of bb handset....

BOTOM LINE: Mtn users are getting screwed, coz we pay for unlimited internet, nd now we getting throttled with a 200MB limit!! Im going back to Nokia. Dammit, 1 movie is about that size!!!!

All networks will follow soon, my guess is Cellc next, as they are buds with Mtn, then 8ta......Vodacom is useless, so I don't even count them.......In this Country, we are opressed and sucked dry by everybody, who is anybody by any means possible.....

No, the Networks wants us to buy bundles, but as long as Bis is alive, they are loosing out......They negotiate with blackberry, not blackberry with them.....The networks tried blocking download sites, didn't work, so the next step is to kill bis altogether, they know we will buy data, how else will we have internet?.....So in the long run, they will kill blackberry, but sell more data, more profit.....they ALL need to kill Bis, in order to sell bundles, but banking on Bbm to get teens to buy bis...win both sides.....

what's bis? it's a shame that networks do the to thr consumers.

In the end they will make more money, on the one side bbm, on the other side huge bundle sales.....Teens won't mind paying for bbm, and they represent 70 percent of the market.....no loss to the networks, plus they pay less to blackberry, as downloading will be basically obsolete......if I owned a Network, that's the logical way to go......Whatsapp pose no real threat, u can send pics, files, and voice messages with bbm....unlimited for less than R60 pm......

here there is unlimited bb internet for 5 E till 12 E i guess. Wit orange i get 150 mb for 4 E and by the end of the month i run out of data and i have to charge again so i'm thinking to get a bb.
