This oke should get an ADSL line . So many factors affect d/l speeds, weather , location , and how strong the phone signal is. Sometyms I get upto , note UPTO 200kbs but then I'm in a good spot and its at nite

there are way too much factors to take into account, so saying why some download faster than others are practically impossible

yeah. its like premature jaculation. just an unfortunate few suffer from unfortunate speeds for unexplainable reasons... I can't believe jaculation is a banned word too.
