U can download viber, but I don't think voice is active yet....athough they keep saying voice coming soon...its been over a year, but still no voice functionality.....

Viber, a free call and messaging application, has arrived on BlackBerry in beta form. The app has been available for both iOS and Android for a while and now is finally on the BlackBerry platform as well. The app currently allows for free messaging (text and photo) to other Viber users, but sadly is lacking the calling feature (for now). Viber plans to bring a full release...(unless u know how to sideload from android, then u can make calls....)

It's not on app world but if you are on 10.2 u can download the native apk and run it. I've gotten it on my phone
