Hw u get 1 of those data bundles? An hw dus it work pls?

Whats real strange is that i got a 500meg bundle and a 200sms bundle and on saterday R12 disapeared from my airtime.. Didnt make a chargeable call for two days and i checked my balance before. I should phone them to complain and find out what the charge was. But really none of us do phone in. We must jam their call centre!!

yo man even if you do call,they'll just make you wait forever an when you finally get thru to someone they wil probably put you on hold again..but mtn customer services is worse.they'll talk to you on one side an gossip wit their co workers on the other side..d*mn pathetic if you ask me

Even with the bundles u get ripped off,R189 for 500mb,but u only get a month 2 use it. Ive got my n70 6months now,and ive got a 1gig mmc,so i download alot of stuff,and i chat every day . In the 6 months that ive had the phone,ive only sent/received 630mb of data

I bought an antivirus package from exactmobile. Got billed R45.00. But the unlock code never arrived via sms.Used R50.00 airtime complainin to exactmobile.whats the point? The point is, Vodacom is the carrier of this rip-off service, and just shrugged their shoulders. That was 2 years ago.They allow users to get cheated, cos they get their cut.

Be sure to check your data bundle often, mine goes down faster than the petrol needle on my car.And that is without downloading.Just thought id share this, cos im upset all over about exactmobile, and the fact that Vodacom sais they got no control over external services(exactmobile)But Vodacom supplies the service to these fraudsters.O.K. enough fighting for one day.

I just wonderwhat would happen if nobody uses their phones(Vodacom) for a whole week. Then we could get back to 60 cent a minute, but that is just wishfull thinking. Anyway, i dont know if voda reads this topic, cos i got my data bundle back. 85 megabytes.Suppose it was just teething problems.But the moment Virgin gets 3g, im there.

Get this.. Virgins wap is not free, its very cheap tho at about 50c per megabyte.. I finished my R50 airtime after about a month of heavy use where R50 vodacom airtime would last me 5days at most.. With no airtime on virgin u can still connect and sometimes download but theyve recently started terminating the sessions before u browse to much.. Im on all 3 networks, my vodacom sim sits in my wallet

I use my mtn contract sim with a 100mb data bundle n it lasts me a month, sometimes it doesnt and i get ripped off with the extra data ive used with huge digits on my bill.. When virgin gets 3g il be happy but for now mtn is my choice.. They dont give me near as many problems compared to how many vodacom does.. Mtn 3G all the way!

Wtf is up with voda? I been struggling to connect for 3 days now. Has anyone else also having problems? I had to get my virgin sim going again! What am i suppose to do with my remaining data bundle. fk voda!! ..for that guy that needs virgin airtime-If hes a internet banking customer,then u can easily purchase R50 Virgin airtime through wap banking. i've been having problems as well. Since tuesday evening i couldn't connect. I phoned twice already but no luck. They said they'll get back to me, but i'm still waiting. I'm really disappointed
