@begana-you downloaded 3mb+ via Secure ssl cgi proxy which isn't supported by Nop but works sometime.Again secure sites has been blocked now.If it starts working again,then try other proxy sites too .get the list on www.proxy.org.

Btw I never succeeded in downloading 3mb+ by scoobidoo or any other ssl cgi proxies.The download used to start but failed at any stage.

Pls tell me how to download free on airtel live bcas, chrg is 30paisa/20kb pls anyone help me.

Breaking News:- Finally Goverment announced 3G policy.MTNL to roll out services in Delhi within 3 months.Both BSNL and MTNL got licence n BSNL will launch 3G in 6 months.But as usual big cities like Mumbai n Delhi will get it first n thereafter other cities.

@Goku,Airtel will as soon as they get spectrum.Look,as per news the bidding process will take around 2 months to get complete.The highest bidder will get it first its sure that Vodafone/Airtel will b the one with highest bids.In the 3rd month,they will start rolling out services.

Also,the circles are divided into three categories A,B and C.For A category the minimum bid amount is 180 crores.In this category the circles with highest customer base are included like Delhi,Mumbai,Bengalluru,Chennai,Ahemdabad,Hyderabad etc.In B category the minimum bid amount is 80 crores and for C category its 40 crores.

Let me clear one thing to all of u.In C categories the price for 3G services will be least,followed by B and A category respectively.The reason for this is,for C category the companies have to pay less for spectrum.So they pass over this benefits to customers. A category customers will have to pay more i.e Delhi n Mumbai etc. But companies like Airtel n Vodafone have said today that they will keep

last message continue.... prices under common man reach so that they can get more customers.But in starting prices will be more.Also after 3G spectrum,govt will also allocate 2-2.5G spectrum to companies.

@Jay,3G services are successor to GPRS and EDGE services.As u use GPRS in your handset as it has GPRS compatibility,the same is case in 3G,it works on handsets which supports 3G.Now talking bout its use,3G is used for many purposes.The first thing is it provides faster internet i.e upto 384 Kbps.Rest all services depends on speed provided by it like Video Calling,TV on mobile,Video downloading etc
