Am using samsung d780 2 acces the internet.is there a way 4 download speed to reach more than 40kb/s??, connection speed is 460kb/s.takes a day to download a 600mb movie. |

the download speed is determined by your network operator, number of people also connected and also your device's speed i.e your phone. there's nothing you can do to tweak the download speed except changing to an operator with full 3G coverage in your area and getting a modem that connects you at a higher speed. I connect with my Huawei USB modem at 21.7 Mb/s and the max download I've reached was 89.5 Kbps which is fine for my needs. I would download that movie in around 45 mins.

not sure about the version of d780 you are using but basing on the modem specs of that phone you can not make past EDGE this means that it is not a network provider limitation but your phone's hardware. best option is to buy some new hardware(3G modem or phone) else no crack, patch or app is going to make your connection any faster than it is.

personally I wouldnt even attempt to download a large file on a mobile connection on anything less than 3.5g. waste of time.
