When i start up my pc i get the folloeing message: Acrobat Distiller has encountered a problem and needs to close.We are sorry for the inconvenience. When i tryto open Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop, i get sort of the same message. I need these programmes to do my daily work. |

ive uninstalled all adobe products and reinstalled them and they seemed to work. but when i started my pc the next day, the same problem occurrs. im thinking it must be a virus, but does anyone know how to manually find and remove it? i dont have an anti virus.

first uninstall all adobe then install a av scan your pc install adobe's again and make a repair disk before scanning as sometimes windows files are defected and get deleted so you need a repair

okay install microsoft security essentials its free and also advanced system care free just google it uninstall the program you are having issues with, run advanced system care will scan your pc for any problems and repair them then run the microsoft antivirus and clean any infections and reinstall your software again hopefully this will help.
