Androids have had multi-touch since Android2.1 Eclair. Its down to app and game devs to allow it in their games.

I have all the same touch functions on my Kyocera Hydro Icon as an iPhone, my guess is that the PW bought an el cheapo Android.

the amount of multi touch support varies between devices, I've no idea what the uses might be tbh, I don't use more than two even in gaming...
