guys what could be the problem if a device is off,you plug the charger, the charging led turns on. but the device itself wont turn on |

that the battery has run down below the level needed to boot the phone. that's happened to me several times. just leaving it for 5 mins fixes it. if it's something else, you may have a damaged or faulty battery. |

the battery isnt really damaged it was working well until it went Zero.percent then went dead. tried to charge the led just blinks

a lithium battery never should be taken to absolute zero (or 100'/. for too long). in the former case the chip in the battery can be damaged by being taken to true zero charge...

They can't fix it, it happens on all lithium batteries. You can charge it with an external charger if it won't charge in the phone
