If you want to update the phone to the W800i software, you will have to use a piece of software called Davinci.You can download it from http://www.davinciteam.com/ but better taking your handset to a small mob shop..because it's not as easy to do as ppl suggest plus you could ruin your phone.

yeah davinci charges-don't know how much but personally i wouldn't bother..if your having any probs update at seus

Seus is SEs free software update service and can access from their website. U can only upgrade firmware, not convert from model to model. Davinci can allow 750 to 800 but costs around 5 pound per phone. U use ur standard usb cable wiv both services
