I have actually tried. I had lessons. I can swim. But I just can't make myself get in the water n do it. I tend to bob about near the entrance. Just the thought of goin in n not bein able to touch the floor makes me feel nauseous.

I don't like deep water either. If I can see the bottom I'm ok. But in the ocean?

I'd say a tsunami- everything just looks hopeless under a big wave, it moves everything. I've experienced hurricanes, blizzards and nor'esters before..which can all be damaging and frightening but a tsunami surpasses all when I think about natural disasters.

Erupting volcanoes

i think earthquakes, fires, volcanos and floods scare me the most. i'm afraid to die drawned or burnt and the idea of a disaster that can break any means of communication scares me too becuz i'm afraid to lose contact with my friends and family and to not know abt them after a disaster. and i think i fear an alien invasion too, weather it's intelligent beings or beasts.

i know but i'm only truly scared of a painful death, i can try to cope with the rest lol
