I couldn't find the reference. but I have read some where, Gaddafi stating, If there is no gaddafi, the emigrants will be making such a hurli burli in the europe that they will forget their piece of mind.

Whatever you read that potrays him as a bad man was BS. I came across a post on the internet from a Libya talking about some of the 'myths'. And free electricity is not unusual. Brunei have them too.
