Warning noted, but I've used the site extensively for when I've wanted a preview of an album or a ringtone, and I've never had any corrupted file - it could be though that the filename (fonzo followed by loads of numbers) is in conflict with the mp3s ID3 tag and hence does your phones head in. If you want to state one of the corrupted tracks I'll have a go at it and see how I get on.

Just download Shooting Star and it opened and played fine. There's a couple of possibilities here: 1) Have you recently installed a third-party music player? Sometimes they take over all audio file associations so that when you download a track, your web browser will open your phones DEFAULT player, which no longer recognises the file extension (as it's been misappropriated by the new player)

This usually results in a 'file type (or MIME type) not recognised' error though, rather than 'file corrupted'. 2) It's possible that your browser hadn't downloaded the full track in each case - this can be a problem with Opera Mini: regardless of whether you've got 10 or 10,000 bytes you'd still have an mp3 with the correct filename but it wouldn't play because the file's not complete.

Try downloading using another browser if you have one available or prior to the download choose 'save' instead of 'open' if that option's available.
