People refuse to give up smoking, drinking, and claim they have their reasons or it didn't do a parent any harm, etc. Denial in all manner of form. They'll be obese and try to defend it, for whatever reason. They must know their actions don't add up but they don't care. You haven't got to break them open with a psychologist to work out there are issues going on, even if it's just bad attitude, it's for reasons. Meant were the term came from |

I have to go out  enjoyed this mornings exchange :)As I've mentioned McDonalds I'll leave you with a thought ..in the uk their fries only have 4 ingredients ...potato ,dextrose (sometimes) and 2 types of oil American ones have 14 ...including an anti foaming agent also used in making Silly Putty |

A family can live on less than that. If they dish the supermarket shopping. For a more healthy alternative version. By going down their local market for fresh fruit and veg. Cakes bread biscuits. Chocolate and sweets household essestions.soft or freezy drinks. They sell everything cept the kitchen sink every friday and es Saturday They are jam packed with customers who save money by dishing the big chains. Just cause its snowy out there today. You can bet a pound to a dollar. That they will be open tommow even if its only for a few hours.
