The lungs absorb the nicotine from vaping much more readily then they do from smoking tobacco, so even with 'low strength' vape liquids you're usually taking a higher dose of nicotine with each puff than you would be from a cigarette. In effect vaping can in fact be a lot more addictive than smoking is.

Yes doctors are now saying this also like me it makes breathing and oxygen worse i have copd and been on vaping 7 years so im not cutting down nicotine strengh but taking far less puffs a day until its gone also councils here are asking for a ban on all disposable vapes

avoid juices made with nic salts as nicotine is a vaso-constrictor anyway but nic salts make it so much worse.

I rarely throw away juices, I try to save them by adding other juices together but this week I had to throw out 2 bottles of juice that I mixed with salts nic shots without realising that's what they'd given me.

In the ten yrs ive vapes I've gone from coughing a lung up every 2 minutes to hardly coughing at all, and spending 1600 on roll yet owns to spending 200 a year with rebuildable tanks n mix yer own from concentrate

Ive just gone from 18 mg juice to 12 mg as 18 is to high and been on it 7years now its affecting my blood/oxygen as got copd witch is causing shortness of breath so thats it im going lower to 6mg in 4 weeks then cut it out completely as after all vapes were designed to get you off smoking not for full time use and now its been found that the ignition of the coil/juice can cause probs in lungs

don't trust anti vaping ''scientific studies'' there was one the said vaping produces formaldehyde but when people read the study they found they were using a machine to vape the tank completely dry and then keep firing it until the cotton was charred black and burning.

some people have said once they get down to zero they lose interest in it naturally.

Got my smok r kiss yesterday. It's just too powerful to use for an everyday vape. 200 watts a 2 second blast on it and its starting to get too hot to hold. It's more of a show off to your mates down the pub machine.

you can get another tank to go on it if you don't like the one that came with it. maybe an MTL tank (which is more like smoking) will be a better fit for you.
or you could get a pod system which is a lot smaller and takes thinner, stronger juices (because it produces much less vapor).
you don't have to suffer a hot vape unless you're into that.

don't trust vape shop staff too much, some will just flog you whatever they have in stock rather than try to figure out what's right for you.

That's the beauty of vaping, you can cut down so easily
