No need, i live in Milton Keynes - separate road system for pedestrians/cyclists. Still can't believe i managed to fit the thing in the Mini. Fkn thing's massive. Front wheel was almost against the A-pillar. Shame i couldn't take the box (it's new old stock), but that was too far degraded to fold up. |

I was going to get a cheapie and run a 72v scooter motor in it. Didn't make financial sense to do that though, as even hanging ones are 500+, there's another grand for the running gear, and i got a new old stock one for under 2K. Seems a shame to modify it, especially as i won't use it much. I'll make a 12v lipo battery for it though, and see how i get on with it on the Hoover motor and Sinclair controller for now. Any modifications will need to be reversible, i can foresee the need for a reliable Chinese controller already but still. |
