Reagan pretty much had full on alzheimers by the time he left office, so yes, ''no worse shape'' than that is a fair enough assessment i'd say. Oh and if you'd been paying proper attention you'd know that Trump has been having more than his fair share of cognitive mishaps and senior moments just recently, he's not much younger than Biden at 80yrs old now himself, some of his recent speeches have been practically incomprehensible at times, he often fails to complete full sentences and goes off on random and nonsensical tangential arguments.
