Yet the Tory brexit negotiaters didn't even think to or didn't want to include a migrant returns agreement with the EU in their brexit deal, we already had one and could have continued it which would have at the very least kept the numbers at their pre-brexit levels, or they could have negotiated a brand new one and put it in the deal. For some reason they did neither, which has led directly to the large increase post brexit. So either they were grossly incompetent in not including one or they simply didn't care and left it out on purpose so they would have a ''migrant crisis'' to rile up the gammon and distract from all their other failures and their lies, greed and corruption, etc. If you aren't sure which one it was i'll give you a little clue, IT WAS THE SECOND ONE
