Ironically, that's exactly the kind of thing that genuine christian fundamentalist types in the past would have called heresy and/or blasphemy and then have had you burnt alive at the stake say, or executed in some other excruciatingly painful and brutal manner.

He did fall asleep, he does have a habit of gobbing off at judges and his lawyers must get sick of him making their jobs more difficult for them practically everytime he opens his cake hole. So would it really surprise you if they had put something in his diet coke to shut him up and prevent him from making things worse for himself and for them?
