We had some Independents become popular here.. you know what happened? Sfa. They end up forming a coalition with one of the major parties. Also, it was quickly changed how you could form these Independent parties and criteria were adjusted so it couldn't happen again. |

The Rwandan genocide happened back in 1994, the conflict that caused it never really went away it just subsided but it has been rumbling on in the background ever since, the current fighting there is just the latest escalation in what could easily become a full scale war yet again.
