Isn't what she did pretty much exactly the same thing that Donald and Melania Trump both recently did as well? So when can we look forward to seeing them go to prison for it?

I don't see what she did wrong.
All cryptocurrency is a gamble, let alone a new one made up by someone with less banking experience than the average member of public. People crying because they lost money are just trying to scam some back. If you want a guarantee, buy a toaster. |

the idea of a pump and dump is minting a coin you know will be worthless and promoting it with your fanbase. you tell how amazing it's gonna be but they've got to hold their nerve and not sell while the price fluctuates. then after fans buying the coin has raised it's price up enough you sell off your stake in it and never look back. I feel like at the very least decades ago this would've cost someone every fan they ever had, but the world now is a much more stupid place. |
