Hypothetical ..If someone broke into your home and killed two of your loved ones,and you saw them leave,run across the road and enter a block of flats..Should you be allowed to bomb,blow up the block of flats..when you know for certain 100s of innocent men,women and kids were stillI occupying the flats?
In law you would be charged with mass murder.
