Ive no idea? how would we be without dreams? the r.e.m stage of sleep is the quality stuff. when we dream. sleep deprivation is a kind of torture.

ive never been one for having nightmares, not since a short period as a kid, and they werent exactly traditional nightmares, id love to have a few.

I have nightmares occasionally. and lucid dreams are supposed to be one of the first steps to astral projection.
