Metallica's catalogue sounds like the story of growing up. Kill Em All/Lightning- angry teenagers, Puppets/Justice- idealistic 20somethings, black/Load/Reload- mellowed out 30somethings with wives and babies, St. Anger- nervous breakdown/midlife crisis, Death Magnetic- late 40somethings trying to recapture a lost youth, Lulu- awkward wife swapping experiment... Maybe it's just me

I've played it four times so far, perhaps it's a grower. I wish I was going to see them again though, lucky you. |
