Two questions if I may: 1): does the phone use a faster type of UFC storage over the S20 Ultra cos heard rumours it does. 2): does the European version of the phone support Mmwave 5G? I know most EU countries apart from Italy use Sub-6 but thought it was good for future proofing. I asked Samsung but was given three different answers lol so iam still non the wiser |

remember it's still two different chipsets, Qualcomm in the US and Korea (the good one) and Exynos in Europe and other territories. what might be true on one could be untrue for the other. |

To be honest crail iam sick of useless tech support staff who cant do their job properly. I may just do that and just buy it. But when your spending that much they should be able to answer your questions. Yes aware of qualcomm in the states and exynos here

on the S10 Exynos chips had less battery life and poorer performance than the Snapdragon chips. the only way I'd buy a Samsung flagship again was if I could get the Qualcomm version. plus the phone would have a longer after market life thru custom rom updates, 5 or 6 years after Samsung had stopped updating it. |

That LG wing...... exactly what is that piece of s**t?! ive never seen something so daft in all my life lol. ive had bad experiences with LG phones in the past anyway I would never go there again. Infact I would trust a small chinese manufacturer more than LG! one minutes silence for LG in order

@ banbury - 14.09.20 - 05:13pm Yep less grunt which is why iam also considering an iPhone 12 Pro max Im loving my 11 Pro Max and also thorough enjoyed my Xs Max before it got stolen from me, but i worn you, if you want to come to iPhone just make yourself fully aware of the downsides of getting into the Apple ecosystem is that it doesnt always play nice with other ecosystems like Windows. On the other hand Google embrace iPhone as if its their own, Google services work incredibly well on iPhone, and Microsoft seem to be embracing iOS now more than ever with their Office apps, its mainly on desktop where things get iffy between Apple and MS. In terms of wearables, almost every wearable supports iPhone, it amazes me how FitBit, Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi etc...make their devices work so wel with iOS devices yet Apple Watch only works with iPhone lol. A lot of ins and outs in iOS but the overall ecosystem is intoxicating, it is stupidly seamless and makes you rather lazy ![]() I can fully appreciate a beast like the Note 20 Ultra and Z Fold 2, but I love the comfort of iOS. |

Yeah I have an idea of what to expect. I may leave my SE on the last version of iOS 12 though the 4S was another that Apple supported for too long. So I have auto updates disabled. (the old SE)

Don't be a mug. Get the note

@banbury | 22 September 20 |
The Note is possibly a better choice than the S20 Ultra if it has the faster storage and it definitely has laser auto focus too. focussing is claimed to be a bit of a mixed bag on the S20 Ultra. yes you loose the 100x zoom on the Note but thats arguably just a gimmick anyway. There is another Samsung unpacked Event Tomorrow 3pm Uk time. probably fan editions of existing products

Samsung usually work on camera bugs for their first small update. iirc, the S20 ultra camera got tweaked.
