Yep, Samsung are just a suprised as us, they were only expecting to reach that many sold a 3rd of the way through of its sales ths year, can you imagine how many GS2 they will have sold by end of ths year? Prob upwards of 16million considering the original GS has sold just over 14million so far. :)

Doubt it will affect them, the suit will prob get thrown out, Samsung know what they're doing. :) all they'l do if it goes sour is change the UI with a software update. The phone itself doesnt look much an iPhone in real life ;)
