default browser ... 700mb... i wouldnt advice that. not jinxing it but default browser s*cks getting big files. i just hope yours wont fail at say 80percent. rather go with ucweb even if at times its speeds are slow.

theres no getting around that. it is a limit set by RIM and the service providers. only way round it is with ucweb

I downloaded the scud rom as a test on default browser...Cellc...didn't even take 10 mins....9780, Os6.0.0.668.....I have over 1900 Mame roms available, if u want it, suggest a site where I can upload a 700mb zip file, then u can download it as a single file....

I also have a LOT of Nes roms, but still looking for the best nes emulator out there...I got all these games from a friend that brings me all the latest movies once a month. Sometimes I get a bit of software and games as well as a bonus.....he got uncapped ADSL at work, and a boss that is never there.....

Ok I tried url ( http://www.romnation.net/srv/download/rom/45392/mame/Scud-Race-Australia.html ) on the same phone 8520 OS 5 - and received the same error so I should conclude that this error is applicable to all blackberry OS 5 phones

@ ungers - that's a great friend with an excllent boss lol - regarding the rom - that would be great would be great if you could upload it some where. Will appreciate it - don't know where though - now that megaupload is blocked it will be hard to get a hosting site. But any site that support blackberry or ucweb browsers with resume capabilities should do. Thanks

I don't mind uploading it, at the shops now, will see if 4shared can handle 700 mb, but I doubt it..in the meantime, if anyone can help out with a hosting site......

Ok, I'm trying uploading.com for the second time, it disconnected my upload at 42 percent.....but it is the network around, I'm using a usb modem on pc......at least it can take the upload, 4shared max is 200mb......

@lowerrr, i cannot find a single site that have upload resume, the file is 683.5mb.............well, i tried, but 8ta disconnects a lot lately.......so its not the host itself at fault.....its the connection. But i will mail the cd to u if u want........
