i compared a w850 and a 7600 nokia as modem, w850i faster but internet seemed 2 die out 7600 stable but tad slower

Little tip though: if youre using a phone qas a modem, use opera to download on. It has its own download manager built in so you can stop and start the download. Also if the connection gets lost, it also allows you to restart it from where it left off

you could try a dialup accelerator on the pc, in a way it efeectivly is dialup ya using so give it a go if it dont wor uninstall it nothin lost

i av a w300i and i use it ar a modem but it is really slow. Wen i download it takes 4eva. max speed i eva reached is 7kps and dats wit opera browser. Wud like to knw hw to speed it up a bit
