There is a massive difference in those 2 pictures. PC blows the ps4 away. It's like the witcher 3 ps4 version looks like a ps3 game compared to pc

It looks bare on console with hardly any foliage and poor shadows it's even worse at night when the consoles have virtually no dynamic lighting and PC has a s**t tonne of them
