You dont get bullies in universities. A new bully in a new school would do it. Or bully-the office s*xual predator. The aim is to pick on the fat and new staff whilst being physically repulsive to women and slapping their a*ses whilst uttering phrases like 'av you typed them accounts up yet s*xy a*se?' or 'how bout a brew over here love? I'm spitting feathers.'
