Radical or what? Its called intermitted fasting and it has quite a following. Im trying it out now for ten days and so far so good. The idea is to to fast during day and eat once (preferably at night) a day. You can eat what you like but must not over eat which isn't that hard actually. People rave about the health benefits and the fact that they eat what they like and still lose weight. What do you think would you attempt this?
