Does HTC, Nokia, Windows, Mercedes, HP, or any one of thousands of other companies just give their products away for free? NO! Why does Apple get grief because they DARE to ask for money for their products?

True, you can purchase a Windows PC for less than a Mac, but, it won't last as long. Statistically, Mac owners use their Macs for 7 years while PC owners get new ones every 2 years. iPhones are expensive-so are HD2's, N900's, ANY Android device-yet Apple should give their phone away? You don't make sense hareign.

Alot of what apple do is no worse the likes of mercedes n other car manufacters makin increasin ly harder for cars to repaired at anything other then a dealer or a garage thats an idea of what they are, for example some parts now need pairing/codin to a car or van which can only be dne my a dealer of the right diagnotstic tool wjhick costs thousands. Thats true, rooney. But, if you purchase a new car, you always get a warranty so the cost of repair is a non-issue. I think whay it all boils down to is that we have a choice in what we purchase. Nobody is forcing anyone to buy Apple products nor do they hide the price. They are not deceitful in their pricing practices.
