They generally just replace the device for any issue to be honest if u r within warranty.

Apple customer service is fantastic, took my iPad in last month as the home button was faulty, swapped it for a brand new one no questions asked.

I don't, mine was broken and they told me my warranty was invalid because I'd got it wet ! N I had'nt !

Took them two hours to change my keyboard on MBP but they kept it for 3 days. Total cost gbp220 but they did it under warrantee. Love you Apple

omg took my iphone 4 due to a sticky home button wasnt to bad could of lived with it but my i4 was on orange thought if give it a try and get a unlocked i4 off em my appointment was at 18:40 @ 18:49 i walked out of apple with a brand new i4 32gb my old en was a year old big up apple bullring

Hi biggzy the store is all ways busy you have to make a appointment online or there is a app called apple store UK the entrance is by the bull statue I work in the bullring next door to the carphone warehouse bigger store so I've free parking lol my i4 replacement I'm loving it being a newer phone I've jailbreaked it black ice theme and 5 icon and MacBook final theme is bang on
