According to Pocketnow it may just be due to it being a Beta release: http://is.gd/eTZS1p otherwise 3GS will get everything else.

Ok, installed on my 3GS, tried the triple button and swipe thing and it would never install. I didn't save my blobs because this is backup phone so it was only annoying. You CAN restore if you go into DFU mode and then restore in iTunes.

@witch just found out that even if it does work it just skips the activation process so you can have a nose around but can't make or receive calls/texts

That way DID NOT work for me, danny and I tried like 5 times. If I can mess it up, anyone can. And do the ebay thing, adiy2k-works like a charm.
