will the 4s be faster then the 4? cause Ive noticed the speed test i did on ipad 2 for wifi is faster then my iphone 4 get 20MB on wireless on my 4 but get 30mb on my wife's ipad 2

Wait for the ip5 or get the S3. Same tech the ip5 will probably have in a phone you can have now. Plus you already know how much more you can do with Android over ios.
